- flags smaller than 30cm are not hemmed as standard.
Printed banners
We print many cloth products, but we mainly print flags and banners. By default we print on 115 gr./m² gloss polyester, but we also print on 120 gr./m² Longlife (digital printing) or 160 gr./m² spun polyester (screen printing). Banners can be printed in 2 printing techniques.

Printing banners in digital printing
Printing banners in digital printing is very interesting for small print runs, it is possible from 1 piece. A square meter price is used, which has several volume discounts for large quantities.
With digital printing, the print is made up of CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black), making it possible to print any image or photo on a banner. Shadows, gradients and photos can also be printed on a banner.
Screen printing banners
Printing banners in screen printing is very interesting for larger print runs, it is possible from 10 pieces, but due to the start-up costs in the printing process, the price is much lower for 25 pieces. Especially for print runs of 50, 100 or more, unit prices will only drop. Screen printing is also very interesting if you want to use the exact PMS colors of your logo. The ink is pre-mixed according to color and applied to the banners using a screen printing frame. In this process it is not possible to work with color gradients or shadows. Screen printing is extremely suitable for company banners, because company logos often consist of 1 or a few full colors.

Working drawings
Delivery specifications
- File 1cm larger all around for the bleed.
- Save as PDF, preferably PDF/X-1a
- PMS colors may remain
- RGB may remain, but we will return it to CMYKOV
- Resolution lower than 25 dpi is low
- Resolution greater than 40 dpi is good.
- Resolution greater than 100 dpi is undesirable due to files that are too heavy.
