Which material should I choose?

There are different types of fabric available for cloth products and we understand that it is not always clear which fabric is best to choose and which print is possible. We always print our banners in full color, which means that we print the banners with the four main colors (CMYK). For a print-through of the print to the back, this only applies to the materials 115 gram gloss polyester and 130 gram mesh polyester. For the materials 270 grams PVC mesh cloth, 510 grams PVC tarpaulin and 230 grams Deco cloth, printing does not apply.

115 gram gloss polyester

115 gram gloss polyester is a lightweight polyester material that is mainly used for making flags. Gloss polyester has a glossy finish, which provides a vibrant, bright and colorful print of designs. This makes it suitable for printing detailed images and patterns. This material is suitable for banners, flags, banners and beach flags. The print extends to the back and is visible in mirror image.

130 gram Mesh Polyester

130 gram mesh polyester is an excellent material for outdoor banners and banners. It is a lightweight material and has a mesh-like structure, which makes the banner less susceptible to damage and has less influence on (strong) wind.The print pushes through to the back and is visible in mirror image.

270 gram PVC Mesh cloth

Mesh cloth is a 270 gram PVC cloth with an open mesh structure. The fabric with small holes makes the material transparent and somewhat breathable. The weight of the cloth is considerably lower than 510 grams of PVC tarpaulin. The material is breathable, water-repellent and fire-retardant. The back of the mesh cloth is white, which means that the print does not show through to the back.

510 gram PVC Tarpaulin

510 gram PVC tarpaulin is a heavier material that is comparable to truck tarpaulin. It is made of a strong polyester fabric covered with a PVC coating. The fabric is weather resistant and easy to maintain. This makes it suitable for banners and banners for outdoor use. It is resistant to tearing and abrasion, can be printed with different types of ink and is therefore ideal for promotional activities. The back of the PVC tarpaulin is white, which means that the print does not show through to the back.

230 gram Deco cloth

230 gram deco cloth is a thicker matte polyester fabric, for indoor use and not transparent on the back. The material has a fine, dense structure, which makes colors stand out well. Decorative cloth is usually somewhat stretchy and can be easily stretched into frames, making it suitable for displays and changing decorations. It is popular in trade fairs, shops and interiors because of the high-quality, professional look it provides. The back of the deco cloth is white and leaves a slight impression.
