Which flag fabric should I choose?

There are a number of types of flag fabric and we can imagine that it is not always clear which flag fabric is best to choose and what is possible in print. We print the flags and banners in full color as standard, for 115 gram gloss polyester and 160 gram spun polyester this is also possible in screen printing. A full color print means that we print the flags with the four main colors (CMYK). We recently added 2 extra ink buttons to the printer, namely violet and orange. 115 gram gloss polyester

115 grams (p/m2) gloss polyester is the most chosen fabric for advertising flags, the fabric is hemmed all around as standard and has a print-through to the back of approximately 95%. The material has a slight sheen and can be printed up to a width of 300cm and available from 1 piece. This material is suitable for flags, banners, banners and beachflags. 

120 grams longlife

120 grams (p/m2) longlife is a perforated fabric that allows more wind to pass through, this fabric is cut clean all around as standard and has a print through to the back of approximately 95%. This material has been developed for windy places, such as the sea or open plains. Does this material last longer than other flag fabrics? In theory, the wind should have less influence on the fabric and because this fabric is cut clean, wear will be less noticeable, because the hem cannot come loose.

160 gram spun polyester

160 grams (p/m2) spun polyester is a strong cotton-like fabric that can normally only be printed in screen printing. We recently also made this available per piece in full color. This fabric is mainly chosen for high-quality flags, country flags or pennants. The transfer rate in full color print with spun polyester is approximately 95%. In addition to a full color print, 160 grams can also be supplied in screen printing. The advantages of screen printing is that it is cheaper for large print runs than printing. The screen printing is 100% and the colors of your logo are always printed exactly in the correct PMS color.

115 gram flag PET

115 gram Flag PET is a 100% recycled flag fabric made from PET bottles. A sustainable alternative to flags, banners or banners.
